HSL Plastics Sdn. Bhd. & Ors v Lim Kai Meng & Anor

The plaintiffs, HSL Plastics Sdn. Bhd., Ho Shen Lee (M) Sdn. Bhd., and TNL Plastic Manufacturers Sdn. Bhd., sued the defendants, Lim Kai Meng and KM Plastics Technology Sdn. Bhd., for copyright infringement of CAD designs, infringement of registered industrial design, and breach of fiduciary duties. The defendants counterclaimed for unpaid director's fees and a share transfer order.
