Pendakwa Raya lwn Anuar bin Muhamad

Anuar bin Muhamad was charged under Section 3 of the Firearms (Increased Penalties) Act 1971 for firing a shot during an armed robbery, resulting in the death of Mustaffa bin Sidek. The High Court found him guilty and sentenced him to death by hanging. The accused appealed the decision.
