Chen Jui-Liang v Chow Zee Neng

In the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur, Chen Jui-Liang sued Chow Zee Neng for RM5,000,000, claiming it was a loan. The defendant denied the loan, stating the money was for share acquisition.
