Aideah Communication Sdn Bhd v. The New Straits Times Press (Malaysia) Berhad

Aideah Communication Sdn Bhd (Appellant) appealed against The New Straits Times Press (Malaysia) Berhad (Respondent) over disputes arising from a revenue-sharing publication agreement. The Appellant claimed unpaid commissions, while the Respondent counterclaimed for shortfalls in minimum guaranteed sums (MGS) and unilateral reductions in advertisement rates.
