Tay Keng Chee

Tay Keng Chee is a Malaysian lawyer practicing in Kuantan, Pahang under the law firm Tay & Chua. Tay Keng Chee was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on February 26, 1985 and holds a qualification from Universiti Malaya (UM).
